Online Reputation management plugin

The image of the company directly affects the business. Customers will not be buying your goods until they know as they can trust you. Or, worse, if they believe other people don’t trust you. Let us not allow this to happen.

There are practical steps you can take to boost your online credibility. Even better, there are tools which will help you get there faster.

The definition of online reputation management

Reputation management is a method of managing and enhancing the understanding of the company by others. And it has become a major industry. Whether your company has an online presence at all, you can’t think about its credibility. Nowadays, online reputation management (or ORM for short) is not only applicable to any business; ignoring it will cost you customers and money.

Online reputation management is the phase you need to go through when you show good information about you online, worry critical thoughts towards you on the internet. In certain cases, online reputation management may require a significant amount of work. Fortunately, there are a host of paid and free resources that will make your work simpler.

1. Buzzsumo

Buzzsumo looks to things a little bit differently. It allows you to browse the site for any information including your search word. The main difference, though, is the level of effort associated with each outcome of the quest.

You can use the following filters to run searches,

  • Date
  • B2B Publishers
  • World Language
  • Domain
  • Type of content
  • Word count
  • Publication size
  • BuzzSumo includes Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Reddit engagement statistics. It includes a cumulative number of ties obtained at each search result. BuzzSumo will have a comment on the content review. This presents detailed graphs mainly related to interaction on posts on your chosen subject.

2. Brand24

You build Projects with Brand24. Each initiative records an entity’s social mentions. You may have several Campaigns at higher rates, supporting more than one brand, or just one brand-specific initiative. You can search for items by either simply typing in a list of keywords, or selecting keywords to include and removing others to make sure you don’t find mentions that weren’t what you’ve been searching for. Brand24 doesn’t solely draw in social media mentions. It crawls through the entire site searching the non-excluded keywords for any event.

Brand24 gathers all publicly accessible mentions from socials, news media, videos, journals, articles, discussion boards, reviews by google and other outlets in real-time. It gives you many ways to filter your results. You are allowed to drill down to any day, week or month. To help determine who are your most important (and most influential) champions, you can filter by the source as well as by other criteria.

The comparison tool from Brand24 lets you compare the performance of all your projects side by side.

3. BrandMentions

BrandMentions doesn’t restrict listening to a few outlets. Every major social media network, along with non-social websites, such as news, forums and review pages, is listed here. You go through a thorough setup, first defining the keywords you are tracking — most often the name and/or social handle of your company. You can also track keywords and social handles of your competitors.

You may set up your project by allowing or removing unique keywords to appear in your tests. The application shows a sentiment analysis for each reference, and you can filter the findings accordingly. After you have built your list, it takes less than a minute before you can look at the overview of your references.

You can search the data in a variety of ways, and you can pick some particular comparison for a more in-depth analysis. For social posts, you can respond directly from the BrandMention app. When you continue to use BrandMentions, the data pool will continue to expand.

4. Reputology

As the name suggests, Reputology is exactly what many brands need to defend their reputations. This app specializes in review monitoring – helping you to quickly locate and manage brand feedback around the web. If Yelp, TripAdvisor, and Facebook comments have a big effect on your market, this is the right tool for you. And let’s face it, ratings are playing a growing role in revenue for most companies these days.

With Reputology, you can track each location of the shop individually, compare feedback for each venue. When the Main Street location regularly gets 5-star scores, while the High Street location only gets 3-star scores, you’ll need to dive in into these comments to see what’s behind the disparity. Reputology offers all these reviews in one location and even enables you to address them from inside the website. Can’t be better than that!

5. Get Five Stars

To get 5-star ratings, you need first to get feedback. And reviews don’t necessarily happen by chance. Get Five Stars provides a few ideas that will help you inspire your audience to respond. The first of these is Net Promoter Percentage (NPS) and on visiting a new website next time or installing an app, these responses on average make up your NPS. You are constantly enhancing the brand image by looking for feedback and being more desirable to potential customers.

But it goes even better with The Five Stars. Upon completion of this short survey, a user is allowed to express their happiness on the main review pages. A tiny survey is a Google 5-star rating or another high-value website. That’s hands-on handling of reputations right there!
